# What's new in HolidayHero: 4 November 2026

> Reputation now shows how your competitors score on Booking.com and learns to draft review replies in your own voice, and message templates can wait until the nights after check-out are free.

### Reputation: see how your competitors score

Your own review score only means something next to the properties guests compare you with. Until now that comparison meant opening Booking.com for each of them.

Reputation has a new Competitors tab. Add a competitor by searching for it, and HolidayHero follows its Booking.com listing and refreshes it daily. Each competitor shows its score, review count and the trend over the period you have selected, with your own score on top for reference. Open one to see its photos, star rating, category scores and amenities. A newly added competitor shows as setting up, usually for up to a working day, while we find it on Booking.com.

### Review replies that sound like you

Replying to reviews is slow when every answer starts from a blank box, and generic AI replies sound like nobody in particular.

HolidayHero now learns how you reply from the replies you already wrote, whether on a platform or in HolidayHero. Once it has seen ten, it writes reply instructions for your workspace: greeting, sign-off, length, and how you handle a negative review. You can read them, edit them and regenerate them from the new Replying panel. From then on, recent reviews arrive with a draft reply waiting, and you can ask for a draft on older ones. Until you reach ten replies, the composer shows your progress and you reply by hand as before. Once you have posted ten AI drafts, you can also switch on auto-reply.

### Only offer what you can actually deliver

A late check-out or an extra night is a good upsell only when the room is free afterwards.

Message templates have a new condition, Next Day(s) Availability. In the Add Condition window, choose to send only when the nights right after check-out are free, or only when they are full. Pick whether that applies to the reservation's own listing or to any listing of the same listing type, and how many nights to check, from one to fourteen. Messages that are waiting to go out are checked again when a neighbouring booking changes, so they follow what is true on the day.

### The same place is no longer added twice

Operators who keep adding holiday homes ran the same area search each time and met the same restaurants and attractions again, which created them a second time. Guests then saw the business twice.

A workspace now holds one experience per Google place. In Find a business, places already on your working listing show as checked. Places your workspace already has show as in workspace, and one click links them to the listing, or to all your listings. Onboarding attaches an existing place instead of copying it. Experiences that come from a partner now carry the Partner label on the listing pages where you attach them, as they already did on the experiences list. Duplicates that already exist stay as they are.

### Your listing's Google place

Every listing can now be linked to its Google place from the address picker, wherever you create or edit a listing. If we matched a place from the address, you can confirm it, change it or remove it. Only businesses can be linked, so a plain street address will not block a correct match.

### Integrations

- **RoomRaccoon.** Guest invitations created from a reservation now carry the booker's name, phone number and email. Before, some reservations produced an invitation with only a name.

### Under the hood

Stability improvements across reservations, payments, reviews and PMS sync.
