# The itinerary: one list, three views

## Itinerary

### Itinerary · Live

One list per stay. Three views of it.

The guest reads it on their own screen, your team works the same day across every room, and the floor ticks it off. Nothing is retyped.

## Audiences

For guests

Everything booked for the stay, day by day, in their own language. Answers to the usual questions too, with nothing to download.

For your team

The same list, as a day board across every room and a tick list for whoever delivers. Nothing is copied between them.

### The argument

One list per stay.

The guest reads it, the day board runs on it and the manifest ticks it off. Nobody retypes anything.

### The itinerary

### The one screen a guest opens on day three.

What is booked, what is on today, what is next, and answers from your <guidebooks>guidebooks</guidebooks> to the questions guests would otherwise ring reception for.

It assembles per guest, per day and in 100+ languages, and opens on <app>their own screen</app> on your domain, with nothing to install.

### An item is one of four things

- Experience
- Amenity
- Guidebook
- Calendar event

### and sits in one of three places in time

- A day
- A day and a time
- The whole stay

### Items arrive without anyone typing them

Confirmed orders become items, one per experience per day, with the quantity ordered. Two breakfasts is two. Cancel the order and its items go too.

### Add-ons from the property system land on it too

Breakfast, dinner or half board from the rate lands on the itinerary automatically, on the days you choose. Live for Cloudbeds and StayNTouch. <headless>Your PMS stays in charge</headless>.

### Some items are for the guest, some are not

Every item is external or internal. Internal items stay with your team and never reach the guest’s screen or the AI assistant.

### What it deliberately does not do

- It does not replace your concierge team. It removes the repeated question, not the person.
- It adapts by guest, stay day and language. Nothing scores or profiles the guest.
- Analytics show what guests open, not whether the content is any good.
- It is not a marketplace. The recommendations are yours and cannot be bought.

### One dataset

### Three views. One list.

Nothing is exported, synced or retyped. Change an item once and every view is already correct. Pick a booking and follow it through.

### Room 214 · Breakfast for two

**Note** — Ordered once by the guest. The same row sits on their screen, on the day board at 08:30 and on the breakfast list.

### Room 305 · Breakfast with a note

**Note** — The guest’s note travels with the order, so “oat milk for one” reaches the kitchen without anyone writing it down.

### Room 207 · Cooking class

**Note** — The chef’s list for the class is the same data the guest is reading, so nobody phones the kitchen with a headcount.

### The guest

One reservation, external items only.

### The operator

One day across every room, grouped by reservation.

### The floor

One item, one day, every guest who ordered it, on screen or printed.

### The views are transposes, not copies

The day board shows every room for one day. A manifest shows every guest for one item. Same data, rotated.

### A manifest is a definition, not a snapshot

Its rows are read live, so new orders appear and cancellations drop off. At the end of the day it keeps its ticks.

### One day boundary, said plainly

The guest’s screen and the day board use the room’s time zone. A manifest uses the property’s, because it spans rooms.

### Ticks are shared

Every tick records who made it and when, and the whole team sees it. Two people ticking at once get one tick.

### Nothing is retyped, from anywhere

PMS add-ons, guest orders and items your team adds all land in one place, so the printed sheet matches the guest’s phone.

Arrival and departure

### Day type follows the room’s time zone

A late-evening arrival lands on the right day. A same-day booking counts as both an arrival and a departure.

### Sized for a real hotel

Measured and built to hold at 500 rooms, so the demo board is the board you get on a full night.

### The guest’s items, and the ones they never see

Internal items show here and never reach the guest. Click a row at a time to add an item there.

### What it deliberately does not do

- It is not a task manager and does not assign work.
- It is not a PMS, rate screen or channel manager.
- It shows one day, not a week planner.

### FAQ

### The questions operators ask.

### Do guests actually open this, or does my front desk end up explaining it anyway?

Guests open whatever is fastest, and this opens from a link with nothing to install. LabNul50 retired its 24/7 phone concierge and has passed 25,000+ guest-opened doors. It removes the repeated question, not the person.

### Does my team have to keep this in step with our property system?

No, and we do not replace your property system. Rate add-ons such as breakfast land on the itinerary automatically, and removing one in the PMS removes it here. Live for Cloudbeds and StayNTouch.

### We run several properties in different time zones. Which day is “today”?

The guest’s screen and the day board use the room’s own time zone, so a late-evening arrival lands on the right day and a same-day booking shows under either filter.

### What does it personalise, exactly?

Guest, stay day and language, and nothing else. Analytics show which items guests open, not whether the content is any good.
