# White-label guest experience: custom domain, curated palettes, no download

A guest who has to install something, or who lands on a domain they have never heard of, has just been handed off. Every handoff is a place they fall out. So branding is not a design decision for us, it is a distribution one.

In this video I take a property from our default look to its own: pick a palette, point a domain, and reload the guest experience wearing the operator’s brand. It takes an afternoon, not a design sprint.

There are four edges a guest actually notices, and all four have to be yours or the illusion breaks: the domain in the address bar, the sender name on the message, the register the AI writes in, and the imagery beside the upsell. I go through each one.

On palettes: we ship a short set of complete, designed palettes rather than twelve colour pickers. That is a deliberate constraint. You give up the hex value and you get something legible, coherent and live the same day, with no way to make it ugly.

On imagery: upsell images are art-directed from the operator’s own website rather than pulled from a stock library. Every generated image passes a human before it reaches a guest, and I show where that step sits.

It all runs in the browser. Nothing to install, no account, no password. The guest taps a link in the channel they are already using and it opens, on your domain.
