One list, three views: the guest, the shift, the floor. Guest Itinerary, Concierge Board, Manifest
About this video
A stay produces one list: what this guest has booked, on which day, at what time, and what they asked for alongside it. Most properties keep that list three times over. The guest has a version, the front desk has a version, and the person running breakfast writes a third one on paper. The paper one is always the most current. In this video we keep the list once and show it three ways. Six things shipped and all six are in here: The guest's itinerary on the reservation. What is booked, what is on today, what is next, with the guidebook answers underneath it. It adapts by guest, stay day and language, across 100+ languages, on your own domain, with nothing for the guest to install. Items that arrive without anyone typing them. When a guest's order is confirmed the items are created from it and carry the quantity ordered. Four nights of breakfast is four items on four mornings, not one item stamped on the day you approved it. Rate add-ons from your property system. Breakfast, dinner or half board on the rate lands on the guest's itinerary, and taking the add-on off in your system takes it off the itinerary. Live for Cloudbeds and StayNTouch. The day board. One day across the whole property, every occupied room a row, timed items plotted along the working day. Narrow it by arrivals, stayovers and departures, each with a count. It is the screen you leave open during a shift. Manifests. One item on one day, and everyone who ordered it. Guest, room, covers, options, their note. Tick each row off as it goes out. Ticks are shared across the team and record who ticked what and when. New orders appear, cancellations drop off, and at the end of the day it closes and keeps the ticks it ended with. Print it as A4 when the floor would rather have paper. Favourites, and what the AI does with all of it. Guests save things and you see what they saved on the reservation. The AI now answers from the real itinerary: what is planned tomorrow, what time the boat tour starts, what the guest saved, whether the spa booking is confirmed. And the part that is the actual claim: these are not three products with three databases. The day board is one day across every room. A manifest is the same day and the same query rotated: one item, across every guest. The guest's screen is the same data again, filtered to their reservation and to the items you marked as theirs to see. Change the item and all three are already right, because there is nothing to export and nothing to sync. The printed sheet at the back of house comes from the same row the guest is reading on their phone.
