Your PMS holds the booking. HolidayHero holds the stay. As of today you can point Claude straight at it. In this video I connect a live HolidayHero workspace to Claude in about two minutes, then put it to work: finding reservations with missing phone numbers, messaging those guests under our house rules, building a shift handover, and writing guidebook content back into the product. No integration project, no sales call, no form. What the server exposes is the stay itself: conversations, itineraries, tasks, offers, guidebook content and engagement signals, alongside the reservations and guests we already sync from your PMS. An agent connected to a PMS can change a booking. An agent connected to HolidayHero can run the stay. On permissions: the connection is tied to a user, so the agent inherits exactly what that person can do and nothing more. Every action it takes is attributed and reviewable in the audit trail. I show both, and I show how to revoke the connection in one click. Generally available from today, self-serve in your settings, included in the platform at no extra cost.
