Workspace owners can now decide who can edit what, message templates can be previewed and duplicated, and you can switch the payment method we bill for your subscription.

Two things about who can do what in your workspace, one about your own billing, and a handful of integration improvements.

Decide who can touch what

Until now every operator in a workspace could edit every listing, amenity, guidebook, brand, reservation, task and experience. That was fine for a two person team and uncomfortable for anyone larger.

Workspace owners can now grant or revoke access per resource type, per member. Sub-resources follow their parent, so someone with access to an amenity also gets its documents, and someone without it sees the action disappear rather than hitting an error. Existing members were backfilled with full access, so nothing changes until you decide it should.

Message templates: preview them, and stop rebuilding them

Two things that made templates tedious are gone.

You can now preview the rendered email directly in the editor, with your branding applied and variables filled in, instead of sending yourself a test and waiting for it to land.

And any template can be duplicated from its action menu. Choose whether to bring the sending conditions and the connected listings across. The copy always arrives deactivated, so you can rework it before anything goes out.

Manage the payment method for your HolidayHero subscription

This one is about your own billing with us, not about how your guests pay.

Your subscription payment details were captured once, when you first paid, and there was no way to add or switch them afterwards. You can now store more than one payment method and mark which one we bill. Worth opening your billing settings once to confirm the method marked as primary is the one you expect.

Your guests can ask what is planned, without asking you

The AI can now read a guest's itinerary and their saved favorites, and answer from them directly. What is on today, what time the boat tour starts, whether the spa booking is confirmed, which restaurants they bookmarked.

It only reads. It will not book, change or confirm anything on your behalf. The practical effect for you is fewer of the same questions arriving at the desk and in your inbox, particularly the ones that arrive after hours.

Integrations

  • ClockPMS. Guests can now charge experiences and extras straight to their room bill, the same way MEWS add-to-bill works.
  • StayNTouch. Reservation addons flow into the guest itinerary, and you choose which ones. Breakfast and other every-morning addons now land on the mornings the guest actually eats, including check-out day, rather than the nights of the stay.

Also in this release

Experience categories are derived automatically during AI content generation instead of being a field you fill in.

Under the hood

Stability improvements across reservations, messaging, billing and PMS sync, plus hardening from our July API security review.
