What's new in HolidayHero: 21 October 2026

Reputation: all your reviews in one place

Guest reviews lived on a handful of platforms, each with its own login, its own score and its own reply box. Finding out what guests were saying meant visiting every one of them.

Reputation is a new section in the admin. Connect a channel by pasting the property URL, and your reviews are imported with a progress indicator, ready to read. You can connect several channels per platform, one per property, and disconnect or reconnect them whenever you like. Deleting a channel removes the reviews imported from it, so the admin warns you first.

The Overview tab shows your HolidayHero score, the review count for the period against the previous one, a table per channel and the list of reviews that have not been replied to yet. The Reviews tab filters by channel, score, language, replied status and period. Open any review to see the sub-scores, photos, any reply already posted on the platform, and the reservation and conversation that belong to the guest.

Replying happens in the same panel. The AI drafts a reply in the language of the review, you edit it, and you post it. If posting fails you can retry, and for platforms where replies cannot be posted from outside, you copy the reply, open the platform and mark the review as replied. Access is set per operator, so you decide who can connect channels and who can reply. Support articles for all of this are in the help center.

If you work with an AI client through the HolidayHero MCP server, it can now read, filter and analyse your reviews as well, for example to compare a listing across two periods or to list unreplied reviews under 6.

Reviews in other languages, translated for you

A review in a language nobody on the team reads is a review nobody answers. Reviews written in a language other than your workspace language are now translated automatically when they are imported, as long as they are recent. Long reviews are summarised. The review panel shows the original and the translation side by side. For an older review, press the translate button and the translation appears once it is ready.

Listing types

Properties with a mix of rooms, apartments and chalets had no way to say which listing was which. You can now create listing types in your settings, assign them on each listing, and filter the listings list by type. Types can also be assigned in bulk from the type itself, so marking rooms 101 to 120 as Deluxe is one action. Deleting a type tells you how many listings will lose it before you confirm.

Integrations

  • StayNTouch. When a guest completes online check-in in HolidayHero, the details they entered are now sent to the StayNTouch reservation and the reservation is pre-checked in, so the front desk sees a prepared arrival instead of a plain reserved booking.

Also in this release

  • The Reopen button at the bottom of a resolved conversation in the inbox now works. It reopens the conversation as a manual chat, as the text next to it promises.
  • The review panel no longer slides in under the header in Safari, and a perfect score reads 10 instead of 10.0.

Under the hood

Stability improvements across reviews, the inbox, integrations and the admin.
