What's new in HolidayHero: late October 2026

Manifests: a live check-off list for every experience, every day

Running an experience, a breakfast service or a daily event usually meant a printed list, a pen and a lot of walking back to the desk to ask who had already been served.

You can now create a manifest for any experience, guidebook, amenity or calendar event on a given date. It pulls the guests from the itinerary, sorted by room or by name, and shows orders, covers and how many are checked off. Staff tick guests off as they go and the list updates live for everyone who has it open. When you want paper anyway, there is a print view laid out for A4. Find Manifests in the admin navigation and start with the new manifest wizard.

Orders now land on the days they are for

When a guest's upsell order was confirmed, it became a single itinerary item with no quantity, dated on the moment you approved it. A breakfast for four nights showed up as one item on the day of approval.

Confirmed orders now create one itinerary item per experience per day, with the ordered quantity on it. Per day and per person per day products spread over every day of the stay. Per night products land on the morning after each night, the same way the guest app labels them. Two breakfasts show as two, and a filled fridge shows its total.

Smart device logs show when it happened, not when we heard about it

For lock providers that we poll, a log could arrive hours after the door was opened, and the admin showed the arrival time. The logs list, and the logs on reservations and guests, now show when the event actually happened and sort on it by default. If we received it noticeably later, the time we received it is shown as a secondary detail. Goki and Sciener both send the real event time now, and a repeated event is no longer logged twice.

Check-ins: copy details from another guest

Creating a check-in by hand for a family or group meant typing the same address again for every guest. The Create Check In modal now has a Copy from guest button when the reservation already has a registered guest. Choose the guest, tick the fields you want, and they fill in. Fields the source guest left empty are skipped, so nothing you already typed gets wiped, and the address copies as one group.

Integrations

  • Cloudbeds. Rate add-ons such as breakfast and dinner can now flow into the guest itinerary. In the new Add-ons tab you choose per Cloudbeds item whether it syncs, where it lands (every morning, every night, check-in day and so on), at what time, and what it links to. Add-ons are checked on every reservation sync, and a nightly check covers all upcoming reservations, so bookings made before you switched an add-on on are picked up too.
  • Amenitiz. Reservations are now pulled every five minutes on a queue of their own. Amenitiz has no webhooks, and a busy shared queue used to stretch the gap between pulls past fifteen minutes.
  • Goki. Door codes now reliably reach the door code field on the reservation. In some installs the field was never linked, so codes were created in Goki but the reservation stayed empty. If you activated or reinstalled Goki recently, check that your upcoming reservations show their codes.

Also in this release

  • New workspaces start with default message templates copied from a maintained master, so signups in Dutch, German and French no longer begin with English invitation and welcome messages.
  • Forms on the guest side now mark the field that has a problem, scroll to the first one, and explain what is wrong when an experience product has a required extra field left empty.
  • The Day Board stays fast on properties with 500 rooms or more.

Under the hood

Stability improvements across reservations, onboarding, integrations and the admin.
